Core Charge Policy:

Some of our items have a refundable core charge. This includes items such as injection pumps, injectors, turbochargers, etc.

To receive full core credit, the core must be received by Gillett Diesel Service within 30 days of the original purchase, be the same model and part number as what was purchased, and must be in rebuildable condition. (NO AFTERMARKET BRANDS!) If you buy Bosch, Holset, Garrett, and etc.. you need to return the same type of core, or there will not be a core refund. Also the core needs to be rebuildable. If a turbo has a SNAPPED SHAFT it is not rebuildable and No Core Credit will be given. After inspection of returned core, you will be issued a refund for the core charge proportionate to the cores condition (NO EXPEPTIONS.) DO NOT DISASSEMBLE CORES.
