Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment.
- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Oversized/overweight items and special orders may require additional freight charges.
- Select orders and promotions may qualify for free shipping or local delivery.
Domestic & International Shipping
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- We offer local delivery from our Bluffdale, Utah warehouse to the Salt Lake City metro area. Please contact us for details.
- International shipments are those made outside the Contiguous United States. All international orders are subject to customer approval before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders outside our normal service area. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply - these are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- International delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
- Some regions, domestically and internationally, have regulations that could affect our ability to sell and/or ship certain items. Please check your local regulations before ordering. Customers will be notified of any affected orders.
- If delivery to a desired location isn’t available, please contact us to discuss ordering options.
Shipping Requirements
- We do not require a signature upon delivery unless requested by the customer. If a shipment is refused or becomes non-deliverable and returns to us, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges and restocking fees. We are not responsible for addresses marked as undeliverable or for packages that carriers redirect to alternate pickup locations.
- We make every effort to ship as requested by the customer; however, as the responsible party, carriers reserve the right to modify delivery requirements at any time.
Backorders or Shipment Delays
- Customers will be notified if an item is on backorder or needs to be drop-shipped from a manufacturer. In such cases, extended processing and/or delivery times may occur.
- Parts may occasionally become discontinued or temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. While we work diligently to maintain accurate and up-to-date information to prevent such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any cancelations or delays that occur as a result.
Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link or through the orders associated with their account. Click here to be directed to the account login page.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the associated order number and evidence of the damage.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
- For packages lost in transit, please contact us; we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
